Strategic Trial Consulting

Long before trial, LTC's expert consultants can begin to implement a plan to create and organize the philosophy and theory behind how the case should be presented. Our strategy consulting typically covers topics such as what juries like and dislike in computerized presentation, what works and what does not, and how the case is best explained to a layman jury using technology. We realize the process should begin early in the preparation of digital evidence, video deposition, demonstratives and computer graphics, as well as educational opening and closing statements. Computerized Trial Presentation

LTC's trial consulting philosophy is to add to the trial team a strategic member that will assist the trial team, on a daily basis, in the effort to make clear to a jury or a judge the facts and concepts of the client's case using technology. We not only assist with all the technical issues that surround presenting the client's case via computer, but, we also utilize the technology in the planning and implementation of effective case presentation. In essence, we are more than just technicians.

Courtroom Technology Hardware

LTC’s consulting services include the selection of the specific hardware and software that is needed for the trial, such as the computers, monitors, projectors, cables and supplemental equipment. This combination of hardware and software is selected specifically for the trial team, their case, the size and type of courtroom, and the jury involved.

War Room System Design

This service includes the design of a productive war room with equipment that allows the trial team to prepare, review, add and modify digital evidence and the next day's court presentation on a daily basis. In addition, we can fully integrate a system that will allow a trial team to be in complete contact with their home office via a variety of network and internet solutions.
