All of LTC's trainers are experienced expert consultants who have used these software packages in real-world situations as consultants to law firm clients. All of the training methodology comes from actual trial and litigation projects that were successfully implemented.

SUMMATION - Software Training

Tim has been working with and consulting on Summation since 1993.  He has been a Summation Certified Trainer (SCT) since 1995 and has taught and lectured on the benefits and uses of Summation to thousands in classes and seminars throughout the U.S., as well as Canada.  Tim's training curriculum includes the application of Summation as a discovery tool as well as a trial preparation and presentation system by integrating multi-media software applications.  He also has published several articles covering the application and use of Summation as it applies to the modern day legal professional.

Diane Piganelli has been using Summation since 1989 and has taught and lectured to legal professionals on this tool since 1992.  With a complex litigation paralegal background, her Summation experience is heavily valued by LTC clients throughout the country.

Sanction Trial Presentation - Software Training
