Tim Piganelli and Fred Galves will explain how technology has profoundly
changed the very way in which law is practiced in the 21st Century. Many
litigators have experienced this first wave of novelty wondering how to
better make use of cutting-edge technology and how to avoid common
mistakes. This hands-on practical seminar will cover the latest
strategic, evidentiary and real world challenges of using the latest
litigation technology. It is important for the modern litigator to know
how and why to use technology, when not to use it, and how to avoid
technology that does not work or can even backfire.
Before the program, attendees may download free demonstration
versions of some litigation software.
