PHOENIX, AZ - Once again Professor Fred Galves has selected LTC's Tim Piganelli to accompanying him in his Computer Assisted Litigation class which seems to be getting national attention among the Nation's technologically advanced law schools. "I had to find a consultant who is well versed in pre-trial litigation technology, graphics and demonstraives, trial technology and who is an excellent communicator. Tim was the natural choice. He is one of the only consultants out there who is not only a Summation Certified Trainer (since we use Summation in our class) but is a nationally-known and veteran-experienced trial consultant. Tim has been doing computerized trials for twelve years and practically invented the science of taking PC technology into the courtroom. To take that knowoledge, experience and expertise and bring it to my students was a must in my opinion."

Galves and Piganelli will be team teaching the class again of the university of denver campus at the lawschool. Galves has teamed with Piganelli for the last three years teaching a similar class at the McGeorge school of Law in Sacramento and at Southwestern University of Law in Los Angeles. Galves plans on continuing to teach the class as long as there is interest among students and faculty. "As of now it looks very good," said Galves, "we seem to be getting nothing but positive feedback."
