Legal Technology Consulting's Tim Piganelli teaching summer course at Southwestern University School of Law.
Once again LTC's Founder and CEO Tim Piganelli is teaching law students a class in Computer Assisted Litigation. This time the appointment comes from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. CA. Piganelli, along with Professor Fred Galves, will be teaching Computerized Case Management, Presentation Strategy and Trial Technology to second and third year law students.
This is the second appointment for Piganelli as an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching litigation and trial technology strategies. His first appointment was at the McGeorge School of Law at the University of Pacific in Sacramento, California. There he has taught for 2 years with Professor Galves. Piganelli was asked by Professor Galves, who is the creator of the class, and who instituted the course at McGeorge 2 years ago. Piganelli and Galves have been asked to teach the same class at Southwestern University by Southwestern Dean Leigh Taylor.
The class will run over the summer months into late July and again during the fall semester.
Southwestern Dean, Leigh Taylor learned of the ground breaking course at McGeorge and invited Piganelli and Galves to replicate the course content for the students at Southwestern. The course is being taught in Southwestern's new high tech courtroom.
